A few things about this say 'Corvair' to me... specifically how there is the crease in the body that goes all around, the fender that is curved with the headlight and the headlights themselves. And the back roof, rear window and trunk lid says Corvair too. But the rear lights, front signal lights, front grill and the hood tell me this is something else.
I think this is a car that had a lot of influence from the Corvair, but isn't a Corvair. And I have a nagging feeling that I have seen or read about this car in the past... but I can't put my finger on it. And I'm not even 100% sure if this is rear engined either.
Any of you have an idea of what this is?

Looks like a Fiat of some type, I think. Looks a little too long for a 124, though, but it definitely looks like a Fiat silhouette

It is a Corvair, but "updated" with parts from other cars, the engine is probably at the front now. Just like this one.

Yeah, it was definitely a Corvair at one point. The rear lights look Fiat, and it appears a grille was added, so the body might sit on a front engine chassis now. The bumpers really scramble the brain. Actually, they look Fiat, too, so maybe it is a Fiat in Chevy clothes.

The body is definitely from a Corvair, but it's very likely that got Lada Riva underpinnings since it looks like it's been converted to running a FR setup.

The overhang at the top of the rear windscreen gives it away, but after that ... we can't be sure.

first glance I say you are correct, Corvair with Fiat taillights!

I guess that means the car is a Corviat.

Which means it would be a Corvada!
